Materials
Optimum quality materials are used in the manufacture of the valves components. They include stainless steel 420 and 410, carbon steel 4140 and 4340, steels 1045, 1020 and 1018, for covers, seats, discs, plates, shock absorbers, screws and nuts, as well as thermoplastics inert to chemical attacks and capable of withstanding high temperatures for plates and discs (Peek, MMT and Nylon), and copper, iron and aluminum for packings. The use of these materials allows solving problems of deterioration due to corrosion, temperature and erosion.

The packing Cases or oil scrapers are diagnosed and subjected to specialize reconditioning processes, such as: machining in lathe, rectified and lapping, replacing the packing rings or oil scrapers, to be dispatched to our customers in optimum operating conditions.
